This beautiful photo is the result of Urban Ore’s recycling efforts. These copper cables were manually stripped of their casings by one of our salvaging crew. Not only does this make for a beautiful photo but also for a more beautiful planet Earth. By keeping these cables out of the landfill, we are preventing further unnecessary mining of copper and other precious metals. All the metals this planet uses and will probably need well into the future already exist in recycled form. It is up to companies like ours and recyclers around the world to give them a new life!
